Lever de gode programmer en skyggetilværelse?

Der er tilsyneladende en syndflod af gode programmer der aldrig når at stå ved siden af side 9 pigen. Kan der gøres noget for at disse programmer får den fornødne opmærksomhed ?.
Forfatteren fandt åbenbart et superprogram, som ingen viste af, til at styre sin store MP3 samling.
Er linux mon ved at drukne i et stort programudbud ?.
